condescending staff

Beautiful grounds made the stay enjoyable.

I was disappointed by the lack of hospitality at reception. The staff member seemed focused only on rules, which made us feel unwelcome. It was frustrating when we couldn't find the gate button and her condescending tone added to the discomfort of our stay.

The garden is wonderful! and Ms. Marine made our stay extra special with her exceptional assistance.

The walk to the beach took longer than anticipated. also, dining options nearby could be better, especially for solo travelers.

the bathroom drains were kinda smelly but everything else was awesome. the gardens were well kept and the pool was clean and inviting. the room had all we needed, and chilling by the hammocks was a great way to unwind.
